1. The present revision petition pertains to the year 1991. Vide

order dated 04.03.2024, notice was issued to the petitioner. As per office

report, the petitioner is stated to have died, however, none has come forward

on behalf of the legal representatives of the petitioner to pursue the present

revision petition.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but

to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
