Main case

1. By way of present appeal, appellants have approached this Court for

setting aside the ex-parte award dated 13.09.2003 passed by the Arbitrator and

judgment dated 03.01.2012 passed by the learned Additional District Judge,

Jalandhar.

2. Order dated 30.10.2019 passed by this Court has not been complied

with despite a lapse of more than four years.

3. Appeal is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellants to

revive the appeal after compliance of the above said order.

4. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
