CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJBIR SEHRAWAT

Present: None for the petitioner.

            Mr. Amit Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana.

RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL)

way of affidavit of Dr. R.S. Dhillon, Director General Elementary

Education, Haryana Panchkula. The same is taken on record. Registry is

directed to scan the same and place it at appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that vide

order dated 21.08.2023, annexed with the aforesaid status report as

COCP No.606 of 2023 (O&M) --2-- 2024:PHHC:037930

Although, the order has not been complied with and there is no

stay of operation of the judgment passed by the Court so far, therefore, the

contempt qua the order passed by the Court continues. However, since

Hon'ble the Supreme Court has stayed the further proceedings in the

contempt petition, therefore, it would not be even appropriate to continue

with the present contempt petition any more. Hence, the present contempt

petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to get the petition

revived in case the above-said order dated 21.08.2023 is ever vacated or the

decision in the aforesaid SLP goes in his favour.
