1. Vide order dated 05.01.2024 notice was issued to the appellants as well as the respondents. As per office report, appellant Nos.1, 3, 4 and 8 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2, 6 and 7 stand duly served and appellant No.5 is stated to be residing abroad. Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are stated to have died. Respondent No.3 stands duly served and respondent No.5 is stated to be residing abroad.

2. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants as well as the respondents.

3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
