1. Learned counsel representing the appellants submits that by a common

judgment passed by the First Appellate Court, two connected appeals were decided.

One appeal filed by appellant-Karamjit Singh i.e. RSA No. 997 of 2020 has been

allowed on 19.01.2024 while remitting the matter back to the trial Court. He submits

that this appeal can also be disposed of in the same terms.

2. Perusal of the paper-book shows that both the first appeals were filed

against the judgment passed by the trial Court in Civil Suit No. 211 of 29.04.2006. In

fact, two separate first appeals were filed by defendant No.1 and defendants No. 2 to

5. The matter has already been remitted back to the trial Court.

3. In these circumstances, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the

judgment dated 19.01.2024 passed in RSA No. 997 of 2020 titled as 'Karamjit Singh

Vs. Pritam Singh and others'.

4. This order is being passed without issuing notice to the other side,

hence, they shall have liberty to file application for recalling, if found necessary.
