1. The present petition is for quashing of FIR No.117 dated

09.06.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 341, 506, 148, 149 of IPC (later on added offences under Sections 427, 379 and 148 of IPC), registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

2. In compliance of the order dated 07.03.2024, learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Ravinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), Moga, District Moga, on behalf of respondent No.1-State of Punjab along with Annexure R-1/T. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In light of the status report filed by the State, no further orders
