1. This is the 2" petition filed by the petitioner under Section 438

of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in:-

FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections 330 29.10.2023 |City Rajpura,|406 and 420 of IPC, 1860 District Patiala

2. Upon instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, State counsel submits

that petitioner has joined and co-operated with the investigation. Still further, he submits that he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

3. At this stage, counsel representing the petitioner and complainant have made a joint statement that the dispute has been amicably

settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

4. In view of the above development, present petition is allowed and order dated 15.12.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
