1. This is the 1* petition filed by the petitioner under Section 438

of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in:-

FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections

1115 09.10.2023 |HTM, District 148, 149, 323, 302, 324 and Hisar 341 of IPC, 1860

2. Upon instructions from SI Ajay Kumar, State counsel submits that petitioner has joined and co-operated with the investigation. Still further, he submits that he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

3. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the allegations, present petition is allowed and order dated 21.12.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
