1. The present petition had been filed, inter alia, praying for

quashing of the Criminal Complaint No.RT-54/26.04.2011/18.07.2011, under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B of IPC titled as "Jatinder Pal Vs. Jeevan Kumar and another" (Annexure P-1) as well as the summoning order dated 12.09.2016 (Annexure P-2), on the basis of compromise/mutual settlement dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-3), arrived at between the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner (accused) has since expired and vide order dated 12.07.2022, learned State counsel had sought short

accommodation to file the reply.

petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered
