The instant appeal has been filed against the concurrent

judgments and decrees dated 27.02.1991 and 07.10.1993 passed by the

Courts below.

The matter came up for hearing on 11.01.2024, when this Court

ordered the Registry to issue notice to the parties to make arrangements to

enter appearance on their behalf.

As per the report of the Registry, the notices issued to

appellants No.1 and 2 have been received back with report that no such

person is residing at the given address and notice issued to respondents No.1

to 10 have been received back with report that they are not residing at the

addresses mentioned in the appeal since long time.

It seems that the parties are no more interested in pursuing the

present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
