1. As per the office report notice issued to the appellant has been

received back with the report that she has died. No one has come forward to

get themselves impleaded as legal representatives nor any counsel has put in

appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant. This Court

is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-

prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the appeal

in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed

off.
