This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 01.02.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-12345-2019.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced copy of order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA- 1364-2023, vide which, the operation of the impugned judgment passed by the Single Judge, has been stayed.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to proceed further in the matter. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file again, if the aforesaid LPA stands decided in his favour.
