1. Notices were issued to the appellants vide order dated

08.11.2023. As per the Office report, appellants No.1 to 7, 10 and 11 have

since expired. Notices issued to appellants No.8 and 9 remain unserved as

they are stated to be residing abroad.

2. Neither any application has been filed for impleading the legal

representatives of deceased appellants No.1 to 7, 10 and 11 nor anyone has

put in appearance on their behalf. There is no other address of appellants

No.8 and 9 available with the Court.

3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
