1. This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of

the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent for

disobeying the order dated 18.03.2019 passed in CWP-7438-2019.

2. Counsel for the respondent has pointed out that since SLP

bearing No.14572 of 2019 challenging the judgment rendered by a Division

Bench in LPA-659-2018, is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble

Supreme Court, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present

petition with liberty to file a fresh one, in case the decision in the aforesaid

SLP goes in his favour.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
