1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 04.01.2024 actual date notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the attorney through whom the present appeal was filed is stated to have left the given address. There is no other address of the appellant available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as judgments of both the Courts.

2. Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and has filed his memo of appearance, which is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
