1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of order dated 17.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Division Bench of this court in CWP-18196-2017; along with certain other prayers.

2. The counsel for the respondents submits that necessary compliance has been made and the payment of arrears of salary for the intervening period has been made to the petitioner. The counsel for the respondents has produced copy of the receipts issued by the petitioner for having received the amounts, along with other documents, which is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Hence the same is dismissed as such.
