The petitioner is seeking quashing of sanction granted to run Nursing

School to Ayaan Institute of Nursing village Bhogiwal, now Tehsil Ahmedgarh,

District Malerkotla or directing the official respondents to cancel the permission

granted to respondent No. 8-Ayaan Institute of Nursing Village Bhogiwal, now

Tehsil Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla dated 12.04.2012 (Annexure P-6) for running

nursing school at village Bhogiwal, Tehsil Malerkotla and now District Malerkotla

which has been granted against the settled rules and on the basis of unconnected

documents.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 8 and 9 has informed that civil

suit No. CS 824-2015 filed by respondent No. 8 has already been decreed vide

judgment dated 22.03.2023. The said judgment is not part of the pleadings. The

petitioner has approached this Court by not giving the complete and correct facts

which is a complete abuse of process of law.

Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.20,000/-

which shall be deposited by the petitioner to the PGI Poor Patient Welfare Fund,

Chandigarh.
