Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.39 dated 12.11.2020, under Sections 392, 379-A, 201 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station, GRP Jind, District GRP Ambala.

(2) At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that petitioner has been acquitted, vide judgment dated 03.01.2024; thus, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
