1. The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 439

Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.341, dated 23.07.2020,

under Sections 302 and 34 of IPC (Sections 148, 149 and 120-B of IPC were added

later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Sonipat (Annexure P-1).

2. Learned State counsel informs the Court that the petitioner has been

convicted for life imprisonment vide judgment and order of sentence dated

18.09.2023 in the FIR in question, therefore, the present petition has been rendered

infructuous.

3. In the light of above, the present petition is disposed of, as having been

rendered infructuous.
