1. The petitioner has filed this civil revision under Article 227

of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Executing Court to decide the Execution petition No.CIS No.EXE-2018 of 2022 instituted on 15.11.2022, in some time bound manner; along with certain other prayers.

2. The counsel for the State, on instructions from Mr. Balpreet, IAS, Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram, has submitted that the amount awarded to the petitioner has since been deposited before the Executing

Court. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered

infructuous.

3. Dismissed as such.
