1. The petitioner has filed this civil revision under Article 227

of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Executing Court to decide the Execution petition No.CIS No.EXE-1120 of 2016 instituted on 30.05.2016, in some time bound manner; along with certain other prayers.

2. The counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 06.12.2023 passed by this court, the petitioners have

received the amount.

3. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

4. Dismissed as such.
