1. This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside/modifying the impugned judgment dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed in Appeal No.116 of 2023 whereby the permit granted to the petitioner has been set aside.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are errors in the present writ petition and thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after removing the said errors.

3. In view of the above, the present Civil Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
