1. Challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment/order dated
27/28.07.2004, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari
whereby the appellant was convicted and sentenced as under:-
Offence u/s Imprisonment Fine Default sentence 398 read with For seven years Rs.500/- Two months 393 IPC 25 Arms Act One year - -
2. Learned State counsel has filed status report, which is taken on
record and as per which, appellant Shri Bhagwan son of Deep Chand has
since passed away on 26.12.2011.
3. In view of the above, appeal stands abated.
