1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of judgment/order dated 08.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP- 20235-2022.
2. Perusal of the compliance report shows that necessary speaking order has been passed in compliance of order dated 08.09.2022 passed by this court in CWP-20235-2022. Therefore, this court does not find it appropriate to continue with the present petition any more. Hence, the same is dismissed.
3. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unaddressed,
he will be at liberty to avail any other remedy, but in accordance with law.
