No. 54 dated 08.06.2012, under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304-A IPC,
registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar, by the Court of
learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakoda,r vide judgment dated
30.11.2023.
2. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
3. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands
disposed of.
