1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under
Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent for non-compliance of judgment/order dated 01.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in RSA-677-2016.
2. Perusal of the pleadings shows that there is no executable direction qua the petitioner, qua which non-compliance could have been alleged by the petitioners. Therefore, this court does not find it appropriate to continue with the present petition any more. Hence, the same is dismissed.
3. However, if any grievance of the petitioners is left unaddressed,
they will be at liberty to avail any other remedy, but in accordance with law.
