This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against

the order dated 25.08.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge,

Hoshiarpur, whereby he has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to

face trial under Section 302, 201 read with Section 34 IPC in a case arising

from FIR No.134 dated 12.09.2018 under Sections 302, 201 IPC registered

at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

In the light of the fact that accused has been acquitted by the

trial Court vide judgment dated 18.05.2024, as informed by learned State

counsel, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
