The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of Forest Offence Report No.070/0712, dated 26.11.2021, under Sections 32(a), (g) (k), 33(a), (b), (c), (f), (h), at Siwani Range, Jhumpa Block, Bidhvan Beat, Forest Division Bhiwani (Annexure P-1) as well as quashing of challan (Annexure P-2) and quashing of summoning order dated 21.01.2022 (Annexure P-3) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners.

In compliance of the previous order dated 15.04.2024, learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sushil Kumar, Deputy Ranger, Forest Department, Kurukshetra informs this Court that necessary sanction has yet not been granted

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court by moving an appropriate application taking all the pleas as has been raised in this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
