Mobiles Accessories and others Vs. M/s PNB Housing Finance Ltd. and others

decided on 28.08.2023, he wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to

seek recourse to the alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty
