1. The instant Regular Second Appeal has been directed against the

judgment and decree dated 20.01.2011 passed by the trial Court, whereby a suit

for declaration filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been dismissed and judgment

and decree dated 17.09.2014, passed by the learned lower Appellate Court,

whereby the appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against judgment and decree

dated 20.11.2011 has also been dismissed.

2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.02.2024, none had put in appearance

on behalf of the appellant.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite his best efforts,

he has not been able to get instructions from the appellant.

4. In this view of the matter, the present appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
