This is a first petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.025, dated 29.01.2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 506 of IPC, 1860 (Sections 325 and 307 of IPC added later on during investigation) registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani, Haryana.

In compliance of order dated 02.07.2024, learned State counsel has placed on record medico-legal reports of complainant Ram Kumar as well as Sandeep along with custody certificate dated 01.08.2024 of petitioner- Umed @ Dholiya in Court, same are taken on record subject to just exceptions.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.
