1. The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned
Executing Court concerned, to ensure, in case the verdict of eviction has
acquired binding, and, conclusive effect, that warrants of possession, if already
issued, are successfully, and, completely enforced against the judgment debtor
concerned. Moreover, if the said warrants of possession are not issued,
thereupon they be forthwith issued, and, they be also ensured to be
expeditiously, besides completely, and, successfully enforced against the
estates of the judgment debtor concerned.
2. Pending application(s), if any, is/are also disposed of.
