1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 20.12.2023 notice was issued to the parties. As per office report, the appellant and respondent No.1 are stated to have died. Respondent No.2 stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Even none has put in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of the appellant.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
