[1] The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above-captioned case. [2] Upon notice and after hearing learned counsel for the State, petitioner was directed to join investigation and was granted interim anticipatory bail, vide order dated 02.08.2023.
[3] Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh, states that in pursuance to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for
custodial interrogation.
