1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for

issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to conduct fair and impartial

investigation in FIR No.273, dated 29.08.2023, registered under Sections 42, 120-

B and 189 IPC at Police Station Ram Nagar, Karnal.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays

for withdrawal of the present petition to avail of alternative remedy, if any, in

accordance with law.

3. Ordered accordingly.
