1. Counsel for the appellant submits that execution application filed by the respondents/plaintiffs has been satisfied and therefore, the decretal amount has already been paid to the respondents/plaintiffs.

2. In view of the said fact, counsel for the appellant submits that he has received required instructions for making statement for withdrawal of the present appeal, thus, he seeks withdrawal of the present Regular Second Appeal.

3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/plaintiffs submits that he has no instructions in this regard and arguing counsel Mr. Ajit Sihag, Advocate is busy, as one of his close relative is admitted in hospital.

4. On the basis of the statement made by counsel for the appellant, present appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn.
