1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.47 dated 20.04.2023 registered under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.

2. The petitioners were granted interim protection by coordinate Bench of this court, vide order dated 25.05.2023, subject to the petitioners paying the complainant an amount of €9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lacs) in the form of demand draft. However, the said order was not complied with. Thereafter, the petitioners were granted another opportunity to bring the demand draft as mentioned in the previous order and the interim protection was continued vide order dated 21.08.2023.

3. However, today again the petitioners have not brought the

requisite demand draft. Therefore, this court does not find any ground to

continue with the present petition any more, or to grant any protection to

the petitioners against their arrest.
