1. Though in the verdict strived to be reviewed, there is a

reference, on the statement made, at the bar, by the learned Additional

Advocate General, Haryana that the determined compensation amount has

been disbursed to the land losers concerned but today both the counsels

consensualy submit that as a matter of fact, after the institution of a

reference petition before the learned Reference Court, the determined

compensation amount has been transmitted to the learned Reference

Court.

2. Therefore, the said speakings made in the judgment strived to

be reviewed be not read as such. However, the verdict made today on the

review application be appended alongwith the judgment passed by this

Court on 22.08.2023.
