1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that the

present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous on

the ground that the main civil suit filed by Krishan Singh and others has

been dismissed by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 01.09.2023.

2. Counsel for the petitioner has further made prayer that,

however, liberty be granted to the petitioner to avail appropriate efficacious

remedy against the aforesaid judgment dated 01.09.2023 passed by the trial

Court.

3. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as

having been rendered infructuous with aforesaid liberty.
