1. The present petition has been filed, inter alia, praying for

protection of the life and liberty of the petitioners, who are in a live-in- relationship, at the hands of private respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that she has been instructed to submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties and there is no threat to the petitioners at this stage.

3. In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities, in case, any threat perception arises in future and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
