Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of

directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 18.09.2023,

Annexure P-7, and further directing the official respondents to remove

respondent No.4 from the position of Sarpanch and initiate appropriate legal

action against him.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that

petitioner has filed the complaint, on which the enquiry has already been

initiated by the respondents. He has submits that though the enquiry was

initiated but the same has not been concluded till today. He submits that he

has already filed a representation, dated 18.09.2023, Annexure P-7, but no

decision has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana ,

who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts MEENU 2023.09.26 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a

direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar,

Jagadhri, to decide the representation, dated 18.09.2023, Annexure P-7

expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the

date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
