1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent- MARKFED had filed civil suit No.92/2017 before Civil Court at Ludhiana with respect to recovery of Rs.1,51,20,129/-. Additional District Judge, Ludhiana vide judgment dated 04.05.2023 has decreed the amount alongwith interest.

2. Faced with this, Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail alternative remedy as permissible by law including challenge to judgment dated 04.05.2023 passed by Additional District Judge, Ludhiana.

4. Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
