1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for

withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, as there are typographical errors in the present petition. He also submits that, in fact, after filing of this petition and disclosure of petitioners' mobile numbers, petitioner No.2-Mehak Devi, has been allegedly detained by her parents for which he shall take appropriate steps.

2. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioners and is not a direction.

3. It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any

order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the
