1. Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside recall notice

dated 03.10.2017 (Annexure P-6) and notice dated 26.08.2022 (Annexure P-9) under Section 13 (4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act'). Further prayer is for directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to not take possession of secured asset/mortgaged property of the petitioners and to consider and decide One Time Settlement proposal dated 31.08.2022 (Annexure P-10).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous since account of the petitioners has been

settled and closed.
