This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 15.12.2022, Annexure P-6, vide which the petitioner's services were sought to be terminated with effect from 31.12.2022.
2. Learned counsel for respondent no.3, where the petitioner was working, submits that pursuant to an option exercised by the petitioner that she would like to continue under policy part-2, she has been given extension in service for one year up to 31.12.2023, vide letter dated 24.02.2023. Accordingly, she is continuing in service.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent no.3, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being
disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Ordered accordingly.
