This is an application for condonation of delay of 279 days in

preferring the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the delay in

preferring the appeal is partly due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the

condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and

delay of 279 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

covered by the judgment of this Court in LPA No.95 of 2019, titled as

'Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. and others Vs. Surinder Singh and

by the Supreme Court on 11.08.2023.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this

Court bearing LPA No.95 of 2019, titled as 'Punjab State Power Corporation

Ltd. and others' .(supra), decided on 23.12.2022.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of

accordingly.
