The issue arising in the writ petition is legality of
HTET/STET certificate as an essential qualification to be eligible for the
advertised post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).
2. This Court vide judgment dated 25.07.2023, passed in
CWP No.15802 of 2023 titled Monika and others v. State of Haryana and
another, has held that prescribing the said qualification is not illegal or
irregular.
3. In view thereof, the petition cannot be entertained, and is
hereby dismissed.
