Learned counsel for the petitioners intimates that the present
petition preferred under Section 482 Cr. P.C has been rendered infructuous
in view of the fact that the petitioners have been acquitted vide judgment
dated 19.07.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,
Amritsar, in case titled as 'State vs Ankush Singh'. He has also placed on
record a copy of the zimni order dated 19.07.2023 in this regard.
2. In view of aforesaid statement, present petition is disposed of
as having been rendered infructuous.
