Procedure has been filed for setting aside order dated 24.09.2021 passed in Complaint No.11991 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021, titled as Sachdeva Steels Vs. Noble Steel Pvt. Ltd.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the fact that it was stipulated in the order of the last date of hearing that no further adjournment shall be granted on the next date of hearing.

3. In view of the above, this court does not find it appropriate

or justified to continue with the present petition any further.

4. Dismissed.
