1. Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondents No.1 to 5

to not adopt coercive methods against the petitioner to recover outstanding amount of loan till final decision of Appeal No.64 of 2019 (Annexure P-2) pending before learned Registrar Co-operative Societies (Punjab) as the petitioner is the guarantor and not borrower qua loan account of the firm.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to petitioner to avail the statutory remedy/remedies available to petitioner in accordance with law in case of any subsisting grievance, if so advised.

3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

as aforesaid.
